Job description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Design Production
- manages the production, verification and approvals of detailed signalling designs
Project Operations
- act as the interface with clients for technical development and delivery of signalling projects
- works closely with PM in providing progress reports on budget, scope variation and issues affecting design delivery
Management
- provides formal mentoring and knowledge sharing to engineering staff
- ensures the provision of relevant professional development, performance reviews and training
About you:
- A minimum of 10 years in design management and signalling project delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Desirable to have CPEng and/or holding IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
