Senior Signalling Design Engineer


Job description

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Design Production

  • manages the production, verification and approvals of detailed signalling designs

Project Operations

  • act as the interface with clients for technical development and delivery of signalling projects
  • works closely with PM in providing progress reports on budget, scope variation and issues affecting design delivery

Management

  • provides formal mentoring and knowledge sharing to engineering staff
  • ensures the provision of relevant professional development, performance reviews and training

About you:

  • A minimum of 10 years in design management and signalling project delivery
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Desirable to have CPEng and/or holding IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier
  • High level interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
