RCS Australia were engaged by the TrackSure Alliance to define, deliver and manage the signalling scope of works. Various work packages were undertaken including design, independent verification, independent third party reviews, approvals, testing, principles testing and commissionings for the hand back of the re-railing projects including alterations at locations including Noarlunga centre, Mawson Lakes, Salisbury and Dry Creek North.
- Progressively upgraded tracks for sections of the Adelaide metropolitan network.
- Isolated and disconnected signals prior to works, and reconnected and tested after completion.
- Modified and developed large scale signalling infrastructure to take advantage of the closures.

The Early Contractor Involvement model used to deliver the project required early interaction with the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (main stakeholder and asset manager) to develop the scope and budget. RCS Australia needed to ensure the scope was carefully controlled with steps taken to ensure successful delivery within the closures.
