Richard Ogilvie. Director – Principal Signalling Engineer
Richard is both a Mechanical Engineer and qualified Signalling Engineer with over 18 years’ experience in developing and implementing railway signalling and multi-discipline schemes of all sizes.
He has a comprehensive knowledge of developing, designing, verifying and testing high quality signalling systems with a proven track record of successfully preparing and executing projects in accordance with company procedures and specific client requirements, with an emphasis on safety, timeliness and cost efficiency.
Richard also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has been the lead Signalling and Design Manager for major railway signalling projects throughout the UK, Indonesia and Australia.
Paul Hann. Director – Principal Signalling Engineer
Paul is a qualified Signalling Engineer holding IRSE Principles Designers licence with more than 25 years’ experience as a signalling engineer in the rail industry.
He is accomplished in processor based interlocking technology (SSI, Microlok II and Westrace) in addition to experience with free wired and mechanical interlocking.
Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of signaling scheme development, design, verification and testing & commissioning in Australia, UK, Europe and South East Asia.
Jacquelle Coldhill. General Manager
Jacquelle is a qualified Business professional with over 12 years’ experience in commercial management and project delivery working on numerous engineering and construction projects.
She is an experienced quality auditor, providing advice across all aspects of commercial, environmental, quality, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and project delivery.
Jacquelle focuses on implementing a structured approach to the business processes in order to support RCS’s ongoing growth and development and to take a strategic, long term look at the business model and strategic opportunities.
